Hand-painted with acrylic paints on cotton canvas with a wooden frame. A layer of glossy, transparent varnish was applied to the painting for protection. The motif depicts a plastic wrap covering and suffocating the plant beneath. Despite the wrap, the plant manages to reveal its colors, which shine through the opacity of the cellophane.
